Good Agricutural Practice

Inle Heritage’s gardens grow a large variety of produce, like cauliflower, broccoli, eggplant and cabbage.

We follow Good Agricultural Practices, the international standard for minimising the risk of food safety hazards, and welcome others on site to learn about this and see the results.

Our garden supplies our restaurant, allows cooking classes the experience of picking their own vegetables and teaches students about unfamiliar crops, like truffle.

Our produce is used to make fresh salads, soups and curries in our restaurant and cooking school.
